As part of the congress, we are happy to offer childcare service during the congress to support parents in organizing their participation. We are partnering with the local company Flying Nanny.
Please note the following information:
- Childcare service will be located in the congress venue
- Childcare opening hours:
May 21: 8:00 – 12:00 & 14:00 – 17:30
May 22: 8:00 – 12:00 & 14:00 – 17:30
May 23: 8:00 – 12:00 & 14:00 – 17:00 - Children must be taken out of the childcare service from 12:00 – 14:00
- Children from 0 – 12 years are welcome
- Capacity: limited to 10 children
- Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
- Parents should provide their children with a lunch box and a water bottle
- Nappies and anything specific that the children may need must be provided by the parents
- The service is free of charge
- The working language of the childcare service is English and German
Registration
To register your child for the childcare service please send an email to jointcongress@conconcept.at including the following information:
- Name of child
- Age of child at the congress start
- Special needs and allergies
- Each day you will need the service plus the information on each morning (8:00-12:00) and each afternoon (14:00-17:30)
Please note that your child’s registration must be confirmed by us and is only valid once it has been officially approved.
