Conference language and time zone

The official conference language is English and Central European Time (CET) applies to all deadlines and indicated times.

Registration and opening hours

Pre-registered participants will receive a QR-code to print their name badges at the self-printing stations.

New on-site registrations are welcome at the “on-site registration” desk.

Please note that no cash payments will be accepted on site!

As access to the scientific sessions, exhibition, and poster areas is restricted to registered participants only, all attendees are required to wear their badge at all times while entering and remaining within the congress venue.

If you should have any questions, the congress staff (recognizable by a yellow lanyard) at the registration area will be pleased to help you.

Speaker ready room (Room 0.16)

A dedicated room is available for presenters to upload their presentations. Presenters are requested to visit the Speaker Ready Room at least 60 minutes prior to their session (USB only; personal laptops are not permitted).

Cloakroom

A cloakroom will be available during the venue’s opening hours.
Please note that it will be unattended from Wednesday to Friday and will be supervised on Saturday only.

We will send out a certificate of attendance after the conference to the email address provided during the registration process.

Stores opening hours:
Stores are usually open Monday-Friday from 9.00 am – 6.30 pm, Saturday until 5.00 pm or 6.00 pm; some shopping centers are open until 8.00 pm or 9.00 from Monday-Friday.
Shopping is available on Sundays and bank holidays at the large railway stations, at the airport and in the museum shops.

Pharmacies are open from Monday to Friday from 8.00 am – 6.00 pm, usually without a lunch break, and on Saturday from 8.00 am – 12.00 noon. Getting around Vienna
Vienna has an efficient and well-connected public transport system, including five subway lines that operate 24 hours a day on Friday night, Saturday night and on the nights before holidays. The trains run at 15-minute intervals.The network is complemented by an extensive system of trams and buses. The night buses operate daily from 12.30 am to 5.00 am in 30-minute cycles.
